Di suatu larut malam, saya tidak bisa tidur, anak2 sedang tidur di atas koper. Saya, Istri & putri saya menangis, aku pergi keluar & berjalan keliling. Saya tidak ingin mereka melihat saya menangis. Saya berjalan di sekitar bangunan, menangis & berkata, “ELOHIM... Mengapa ENGKAU menghukum saya ?
Mengapa ENGKAU membawa saya ke negara ini ?
Saya tidak mengerti siapa pun. Jika saya mencoba untuk bertanya siapa saja & jawabannya adalah, “Saya tidak tahu.”

Saya berhenti didepan apartemen & duduk di sebuah batu besar. Tiba2 cahaya terang datang ke arahku. Saya melompat berdiri karena itu tampak seolah2 mobil datang kepada saya, mencoba untuk melindas saya! Saya pikir Polisi Rahasia Rumania telah melacak saya ke Amerika, dan sekarang mereka berusaha membunuh saya. Tapi itu sama sekali bukan mobil. Ketika cahaya mendekat, itu mengelilingi saya. Dari cahaya tersebut saya mendengar suara yang telah saya dengar begitu sering kali didalam penjara.

Dia mengatakan “Dumitru, mengapa kamu begitu putus asa?”
Saya berkata, “Mengapa ENGKAU menghukum saya ?
Mengapa ENGKAU membawa saya ke negara ini ?
Saya tidak punya tempat untuk meletakkan kepala saya. Saya tidak mengerti siapa pun.”

ELOHIM berkata, “Dumitru, tidakkah AKU pernah memberitahumu bahwa AKU juga disini bersamamu ? AKU membawamu ke negara ini karena negara ini akan terbakar.” Saya berkata, “jadi mengapa ENGKAU membawa saya kesini untuk terbakar ? Mengapa ENGKAU tidak membiarkan saya mati di negara saya sendiri ? Seharusnya ENGKAU membiarkan saya mati di penjara di Rumania!” ELOHIM berkata, “Dumitru, sabarlah AKU akan memberitahumu. ELOHIM menunjukkan kepada saya California & berkata, “Ini adalah Sodom dan Gomora! Semua ini, dalam satu hari akan terbakar! Dosanya telah mencapai Yang Kudus.” Kemudian ELOHIM membawa saya ke Las Vegas. “Ini adalah Sodom dan Gomora. Kemudian ADONAI membawa saya kembali ke rumah ke batu tersebut dimana awal kami bertemu. “DALAM SATU HARI ITU AKAN TERBAKAR! Semua ini yang telah AKU tunjukkan kepadamu” Saya berkata, “Bagaimana itu akan terbakar?” ADONAI berkata, “Ingat apa yang AKU (saat ini) ceritakan padamu, kamu pergi ke televisi, radio dan gereja2. Kamu harus berteriak dengan suara nyaring. Jangan takut, karena AKU akan menyertaimu.” Saya berkata, “Bagaimana saya akan dapat pergi ? Siapa yang mengenal saya disini di Amerika ? Saya tidak tahu siapapun di sini.” ADONAI berkata, “Jangan khawatir akan dirimu sendiri. AKU akan pergi mendahului kamu. AKU akan melakukan banyak penyembuhan di gereja2 Amerika & AKU akan membuka pintu bagimu. Tetapi jangan katakan yang lainnya selain apa yang KU-katakan kepadamu. Negara ini akan terbakar!”

Saya berkata, “Apa yang akan ENGKAU lakukan dengan Gereja (Jemaat)?” ADONAI berkata, “AKU ingin menyelamatkan Gereja, tetapi Gereja telah meninggalkan AKU.” Saya berkata, “Bagaimana mereka meninggalkan engkau?” ADONAI berkata, “Mereka memuji diri sendiri. Hormat yang orang2 seharusnya berikan ke YESHUA, mereka ambil itu bagi diri mereka sendiri. Dalam Jemaat2 ada perceraian, ada perzinahan, ada homoseksual. Ada aborsi di dalam Jemaat dan semua dosa yang lainnya. Oleh karena semua dosa2 ini, AKU telah meninggalkan beberapa dari mereka. Kamu harus berteriak dengan suara lantang bahwa mereka harus mengakhiri perbuatan dosa mereka. Mereka harus berpaling kepada-KU. ADONAI tidak pernah bosan memaafkan. Mereka harus mendekat kepada YESHUA HA MASHIACH, dan menjalani kehidupan yang kudus. Jika mereka masih berdosa, mereka harus mengakhiri itu dan memulai suatu hidup baru seperti Alkitab menuntun mereka untuk hidup.”

Saya berkata, “Bagaimana Amerika akan terbakar?” Amerika adalah negara terkuat di dunia ini. Mengapa ENGKAU membawa kami ke sini untuk terbakar ? Mengapa tidak ENGKAU, setidaknya, membiarkan kami mati dimana semua para Dudumans telah mati ? ADONAI berkata, “Ingat ini, Dumitru. Bagaimana ENGKAU akan menyelamatkan orang2 yang akan berbalik kepada ELOHIM ?” saya bertanya. ELOHIM berkata, “Ceritakan ini pada mereka: ’Sebagaimana AKU telah menyelamatkan tiga pemuda dari tungku api, dan sebagaimana AKU telah menyelamatkan Daniel di goa singa, dengan cara yang sama AKU akan menyelamatkan mereka.”

Malaikat ELOHIM juga bercerita kepada saya, “AKU telah memberkati negara ini karena orang2 Israel yang ada di negara ini. AKU punya tujuh juta orang Israel di negara ini, tetapi mereka tidak mau mengenal YESHUA. Mereka tidak ingin berterima kasih kepada YAHWEH untuk berkat yang mereka terima di negara ini. Israel tidak ingin mengenali HA MASHIACH. Mereka menaruh iman mereka kepada orang2 Israel di Amerika. Tapi, ketika Amerika terbakar, ADONAI akan mengangkat Cina, Jepang dan negara2 lain untuk melawan Rusia. Mereka akan mengalahkan orang Rusia & mendorong mereka sejauh ke gerbang2 Paris [Eropa].

Disana [di Eropa, bukan di negara Islam] mereka akan membuat sebuah perjanjian, dan menunjuk orang2 Rusia sebagai para pemimpin mereka. Mereka kemudian akan bersatu melawan Israel. Ketika Israel menyadari dia tidak memiliki kekuatan Amerika di belakangnya, dia akan menjadi takut. Saat itulah ia [Israel] akan berpaling kepada HA MASHIACH untuk pembebasan. Saat itulah YESHUA HA MASHIACH akan datang. Kemudian, Jemaat akan bertemu YESHUA diudara, dan YESHUA akan membawa mereka kembali (turun) dengan YESHUA ke bukit Zaitun (the Mount Olives). Proverbs 1 : 10 - "My son , if sinners entice thee want , do not you think . "

CUMA IKUT-IKUTAN

Amsal 1 : 10 — “ Hai anakku, jikalau orang berdosa hendak membujuk engkau, janganlah engkau menurut.”

"Saya hanya ikut-ikutan pak...ampun..." ujar seorang pemakai narkoba dengan lirih sambil tertunduk lesu. Ia tertangkap tangan ketika tengah berpesta obat-obatan terlarang. Meski masih muda, ia menghadapi ancaman hukuman cukup lama akibat perbuatannya, bahkan menjadi tersangka pengedar yang tentu akan menambah masa hukumannya.

Meski ada banyak yang berdalih hanya ikut-ikutan, tidak jarang pula ada yang memang benar-benar terjerumus akibat salah bergaul. Karena ingin dianggap hebat atau takut kehilangan teman, banyak orang yang akhirnya memilih untuk melakukan tindakan buruk yang bukan saja merusak masa depannya sendiri tetapi juga orang lain.

Pemakai narkoba, perampok, koruptor atau bahkan pembunuh bisa berawal dari salah mengikuti ajakan teman yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Mereka lupa bahwa meski hanya ikut-ikutan, merekapun bisa mendapat ancaman hukuman yang sama apabila menjadi pelaku sebuah tindak kejahatan. Akan halnya si pemakai narkoba di atas, ia pun harus menanggung akibat perbuatannya, mendekam di penjara untuk waktu yang lama.

Pergaulan yang salah bisa merusak seseorang. Tadinya orang itu hidup baik, tetapi ketika masuk ke dalam lingkungan pergaulan yang salah mereka terjerumus ikut-ikutan masuk ke dalam dosa. Mungkin mulanya bisa berkata tidak, tapi lama kelamaan tidak kuasa menolak sehingga dosa pun dilakukan. "Ah, cuma sekali ini saja, tidak apa-apa." begitu mungkin pikiran yang muncul. Toleransi atas dosa mulai diberikan, dan yang terjadi selanjutnya, orang yang tadinya baik bisa berubah menjadi orang-orang yang tidak lagi peka terhadap pelanggaran ketetapan TUHAN.

Hidup di dunia yang penuh dengan keinginan-keinginan daging yang dipercaya sebagai hal yang membahagiakan oleh orang-orang yang tidak takut akan TUHAN tidaklah mudah. Orang-orang ini akan berusaha menarik kita. Mereka ada di sekitar kita dan akan terus menawarkan sesuatu yang sepintas mungkin saja terlihat menyenangkan dan nikmat, tetapi ada banyak dosa yang mengintip di baliknya. Kalau tidak hati-hati kita bisa terjerumus ke dalamnya dan akibatnya mau tidak mau harus siap menanggung konsekuensinya. Sebuah lingkungan pertemanan yang tidak sehat seringkali menjerumuskan orang ke dalam dosa. Konsekuensinya kelak harus kita tanggung, dan penyesalan sering datang terlambat.

Apakah ini berarti kita tidak boleh membuka diri seluas-luasnya untuk berteman dengan banyak orang ? Tentu saja bukan itu maksudnya. Kita tidak dilarang untuk berteman dengan orang lain, hanya saja kita harus memperhatikan benar dengan siapa kita menjalin hubungan pertemanan. Tidak peduli sekuat apapun iman kita, ketika kita terus menerus memberi toleransi akan dosa maka cepat atau lambat kita bisa terpengaruh dan terjebak dalam bermacam-macam dosa.

Adakah peringatan yang spesifik menyangkut hal ini di dalam Alkitab ? Tentu saja ada, bahkan sudah sejak masa Salomo. Dalam Amsal ia menulis : "Hai anakku, jikalau orang berdosa hendak membujuk engkau, janganlah engkau menurut." Amsal 1 : 10

Pesan penting tentu saja. Lewat hikmatnya Salomo sudah bisa melihat kecenderungan manusia yang gampang termakan bujukan atau rayuan untuk berbuat dosa. Orang-orang berdosa akan selalu mencari orang lain untuk mengikuti gaya hidup mereka yang salah. Dan sayangnya, kita kerap menurut karena banyak alasan. Takut dianggap ketinggalan jaman, ingin menjaga gengsi atau segan jika menolak, takut dikucilkan dari pergaulan dan sebagainya. Kita tidak sadar hanya karena alasan-alasan ini kita bisa mengorbankan masa depan kita, membuang janji-janji TUHAN dan membuka awal bagi kejatuhan kita sendiri.

Selain dalam Amsal, ada banyak pula firman TUHAN yang mengingatkan bahayanya bermain-main dengan dosa. Mungkin awalnya hanya coba-coba, mungkin hanya ingin tahu, ikut-ikutan dan sebagainya, tetapi ingatlah bahwa meski terlihat sepele hal seperti ini bisa menjadi awal hadirnya masalah. Dosa baik besar atau kecil tetaplah dosa yang punya konsekuensi.

Yakobus menyampaikan gambaran betapa berbahayanya ketika kita mulai bertoleransi dengan dosa. "Dan apabila keinginan itu telah dibuahi, ia melahirkan dosa; dan apabila dosa itu sudah matang, ia melahirkan maut." Yakobus 1 : 15. Berawal hanya dari keinginan, kemudian ketika dibuahi itu akan melahirkan dosa. Dan ketika dosa menjadi matang dalam diri kita maka itu akan berujung pada maut.

Ini adalah peringatan yang harus kita cermati dengan sangat serius. terlebih jika mengingat kita hidup di dunia yang dipenuhi orang-orang yang siap menyesatkan kita, baik mereka sadar atau tidak. Mereka akan terus menawarkan banyak kenikmatan yang sangat dirindukan oleh daging kita.

Itulah sebabnya kita benar-benar harus berhati-hati dalam lingkungan pergaulan kita. Tentu saja sangat baik jika kita bisa membawa pengaruh perubahan yang baik di tengah lingkungan yang buruk, membawa mereka masuk dalam pertobatan dan berbalik dari jalan-jalan yang jahat. Tetapi kita harus berhati-hati agar jangan sampai bukannya membawa pengaruh baik tetapi malah kita yang terjerumus ke dalam rupa-rupa dosa.

Paulus merinci keinginan-keinginan yang bisa berbuah dosa dan melahirkan maut. "Perbuatan daging telah nyata, yaitu: percabulan, kecemaran, hawa nafsu, penyembahan berhala, sihir, perseteruan, perselisihan, iri hati, amarah, kepentingan diri sendiri, percideraan, roh pemecah, kedengkian, kemabukan, pesta pora dan sebagainya." Galatia 5 : 19 - 21a

Dan terhadap pelaku dari semua itu tidak akan mendapatkan bagian dalam Kerajaan ALLAH. Galatia 5 : 21b — “ barangsiapa melakukan hal-hal yang demikian, ia tidak akan mendapat bagian dalam Kerajaan ALLAH." Jika kita lihat satu persatu, jenis-jenis ini bukan lagi hal yang asing bagi kita yang bisa masuk lewat banyak cara. Karenanya kita perlu waspada dan berpikir baik-baik sebelum memutuskan sesuatu.

Paulus juga sudah mengingatkan agar kita waspada dalam pergaulan. "Janganlah kamu sesat: Pergaulan yang buruk merusakkan kebiasaan yang baik." 1 Korintus 15 : 33

Kita harus memperhatikan dengan sungguh-sungguh kepada dan dengan siapa kita bergaul. Kita memang tidak boleh memusuhi mereka, tetapi adalah wajib bagi kita untuk berhati-hati agar jangan termakan bujukan mereka lalu masuk ke dalam jebakan dosa.

Kembali kepada ayat Amsal diatas, perhatikanlah bahwa Salomo kemudian melanjutkan dengan "..mereka menghadang darahnya sendiri dan mengintai nyawanya sendiri." Amsal 1 : 18

Orang-orang yang bertoleransi dengan menikmati dosa sebenarnya sedang melakukan self-destruction, menghancurkan diri sendiri dan mengarahkan dirinya menuju kebinasaan. Peran kita adalah untuk menyadarkan dan menyelamatkan mereka dari kebinasaan bukannya malah ikut-ikutan masuk ke dalamnya.

Kita harusnya menjadi contoh atau teladan bukannya malah dengan mudah terbujuk untuk ikut-ikutan. Firman TUHAN pun mengingatkan "Janganlah kamu menjadi serupa dengan dunia ini, tetapi berubahlah oleh pembaharuan budimu, sehingga kamu dapat membedakan manakah kehendak ALLAH: apa yang baik, yang berkenan kepada ALLAH dan yang sempurna." Roma 12 : 2

Segala perbuatan dosa sesungguhnya berasal dari iblis. Dan TUHAN YESUS pun sudah hadir ke dunia atas kebesaran kasih ALLAH pada diri kita untuk membayar lunas semua itu. Alkitab menyatakan demikian: "barangsiapa yang tetap berbuat dosa, berasal dari iblis, sebab iblis berbuat dosa dari mulanya. Untuk inilah Anak ALLAH menyatakan diri-NYA, yaitu supaya IA membinasakan perbuatan-perbuatan iblis itu." 1 Yohanes 3 : 8

Dosa-dosa memang bisa hadir dalam berupa kemasan yang terlihat indah dan penuh kenikmatan, lewat bujukan-bujukan teman yang terasa sayang untuk dilewatkan, tetapi apa yang sesaat itu sama sekali tidak sebanding dengan akibat yang harus kita tanggung selamanya kelak.

Hari ini marilah kita sama-sama mawas diri memperhatikan pergaulan kita dan terlebih lagi menjaga diri kita. Hanya ikut-ikutan tidak akan pernah bisa diangkat menjadi alasan, karena biar bagaimanapun akan ada konsekuensi yang harus siap kita tanggung ketika kita sudah terlanjur terjerumus ke dalam dosa. Taking hasty decisions

Proverbs 21 : 5 - " The design of the diligent brings sheer abundance , but everyone who haste will only experience a shortage . "
Just because decisions too quickly , people could experience substantial losses that may be difficult to rectify in a short time . This happened to a friend of mine . The story is like this . At one time he offered her to invest in something . As tempted by the promise of profits , he hurriedly said yes , even though his wife and children were trying to remind her to think well in advance considering the money that should be invested not less.
Ironically, he later confessed to me that his heart is actually also less comfortable each time praying about this investment . But it was , because the promised benefits seem great , he fears trigger bid taken by others and took the decision to do that . He sold the land , cars and valuables to pawn some even had time to pay off the debt for the appropriate deal. It did not take long for him to realize that he made ​​a big mistake .
Investments failed and his money taken away . He also knew it was defrauded , but regrets came too late . People are hasty in making a decision or do something will never get good results , it will only lose . Such is the people who do not pay attention to the importance of calculation before stepping . They tend to be hasty , haphazard act without wisdom , without consideration , inaccurate and so on . And consequently loss or kejatuhanlah that be the outcome .
To cover the losses could be far more expensive than if it was done from the beginning to mature and careful consideration . In fact it is possible also that the consequences should be borne eventually the rest of life and can no longer be repaired .
Solomon said that the design of diligent people who bring in abundance , not hasty . There is no word that means planning design , careful consideration and carefully, and then there is the word ' diligent ' in there . Diligent in what way ? In many ways , such as diligent thinking , diligent account properly , diligently weigh , studious , industrious , diligent hear your advice or input from others and so on , including of course prayerful .
Word of God also says : "Therefore , consider carefully , how you live , not as fools , but as wise ... Therefore do not be foolish , but see that you understand the will of the Lord . " Ephesians 5 : 15 , 17
We must be wise , wise and not foolish or stupid to understand the will of the Lord upon us , because that's the best . We must remember that " the Lord set the steps people whose lives are pleasing to HIM . " Psalm 37 : 23
This promise of God that has been conveyed to us in advance . Our sensitivity to the voice of the Lord will enable us to keep every step in order to plan the Lord fulfilled in sequence after sequence of our lives . This is exactly what is done by the Psalmist : " I think the streets of my life , and stepped my foot towards thy warnings . " Psalm 119 : 49
Furthermore, in Proverbs says , "You have to draft in the human heart , but the decision is implemented LORD . " Proverbs 19 : 21That means it is important to align the Lord every step according to plan so that we do not waste time in vain and continue to experience losses .
We must listen carefully to what used to actually plan the Lord for our lives , then do it exactly like that with careful consideration in every step of planning. And Solomon had said : "Commit to the Lord , and your plans will succeed . " Proverbs 16 : 3
Avoid careless and hasty in taking decisions , whether related to employment , investment , family and so on . Are you a leader at work , in the neighborhood , in the organization , institution or just in the family , you need the ability to take the right decision .
Hesitations in taking consideration , confused in the face of many options or as a theme we are today , in a hurry or rush into a decision will only bring loss , regret and sorrow , both to yourself and to others .
Before you take a decision , do a thorough consideration prior to thinking about the various aspects related including those involved either directly or indirectly . Think carefully , do not rush . Take time to calm down and be quiet , patient and pray . Ask the Lord of the steps you will take , listen carefully and make sure that there are not personal desires that hinder the Lord to be your voice heard .
Although you are diligent and persistent in fighting for something , without deliberation , a hasty decision that you can make a wrong move and consequently suffered no small loss . " Without knowledge kerajinanpun not good ; those who would hastily missteps . " Proverbs 19 : 2
Do not be careless , but be a wise man , a wise man will always think mature and cautious in their stride and dutifully obey the will of the Lord . Carelessness due haste in making a decision could be the beginning of the arrival of many problems and disasters .
Look carefully at every step , aligning with the Lord's plan and stick to its provisions . Delaying decision-making is not a good thing , but haste can bring severe consequences for our bear . Especially for a big decision , do not rush .
Take time to consider and submit to the Lord before you take. Hasty decisions without good judgment could bring huge losses .

Tergesa-gesa Mengambil Keputusan

 
Amsal 21 : 5 — “ Rancangan orang rajin semata-mata mendatangkan kelimpahan, tetapi setiap orang yang tergesa-gesa hanya akan mengalami kekurangan.”

Hanya karena terlalu cepat mengambil keputusan, orang bisa mengalami kerugian besar yang mungkin bisa sulit dipulihkan dalam waktu singkat. Ini terjadi pada seorang teman saya. Ceritanya begini. Pada suatu kali ia ditawari rekannya untuk berinvestasi pada sesuatu. Karena tergiur oleh janji keuntungan, ia buru-buru mengiyakan, meski istri dan anak-anaknya sudah mencoba mengingatkannya untuk berpikir baik-baik terlebih dahulu mengingat uang yang harus diinvestasikan tidaklah sedikit.

Ironisnya belakangan ia mengaku kepada saya bahwa sebenarnya hatinya juga kurang sreg setiap kali berdoa tentang investasi ini. Tapi itu tadi, karena keuntungan yang dijanjikan tampaknya besar, ia takut tawaran keburu diambil orang lain dan mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan itu. Ia menjual tanah, mobil dan menggadaikan beberapa benda berharga bahkan sempat berhutang demi melunasi sesuai kesepakatan. Tidak butuh waktu lama baginya untuk menyadari bahwa ia melakukan kesalahan besar.

Investasi gagal dan uangnya dibawa lari. Ia pun sadar sudah ditipu, tetapi penyesalan datang terlambat. Hingga saat ini ia masih berjuang menutupi hutangnya dan harus rela kehilangan begitu banyak harta, belum lagi rasa bersalah yang harus ia pikul di depan istri dan anaknya yang harus pula ikut menanggung dan menderita akibat kecerobohan yang ia lakukan.

Ada seorang lagi yang saya kenal terus gagal dalam bisnis. Selama setidaknya 10 tahun terakhir, ia terus mencoba membangun usaha tapi terus bangkrut. Kerugian yang ia alami sudah sangat banyak, bahkan rekan dan saudaranya pun sudah ikut menjadi korban karena berinvestasi bersamanya. Selidik punya selidik, ternyata ia merupakan tipe orang yang tidak hati-hati. Ia tidak suka berpikir dan merencanakan matang-matang terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan sesuatu, tidak mau repot dan terlalu tergesa-gesa dalam mengambil keputusan. Dan sebagai akibatnya, ia terus berganti-ganti usaha dan terus jatuh. Meski ia bukan tipe yang mudah menyerah, tapi kerugian baik waktu, uang, tenaga dan sebagainya sudah begitu besar.

Sebuah sikap tergesa-gesa selalu tidak membawa kebaikan atau keuntungan, tapi kerugian dan kemalanganlah yang seringkali menjadi akibatnya. Mengenai kerugian dari orang-orang yang suka tergesa-gesa atau terburu-buru mengambil keputusan, Salomo sudah mengingatkan sejak ribuan tahun yang lalu. "Rancangan orang rajin semata-mata mendatangkan kelimpahan, tetapi setiap orang yang tergesa-gesa hanya akan mengalami kekurangan." Amsal 21 : 5

Orang yang tergesa-gesa dalam mengambil keputusan atau melakukan sesuatu tidak akan pernah memperoleh hasil baik, melainkan hanya akan mengalami kerugian. Seperti itulah orang-orang yang tidak memperhatikan pentingnya perhitungan yang matang sebelum melangkah. Mereka cenderung tergesa-gesa, bertindak serampangan tanpa hikmat, tanpa pertimbangan, tidak cermat dan sebagainya. Dan akibatnya kerugian atau kejatuhanlah yang menjadi hasilnya.

Untuk menutupi kerugian yang timbul bisa jadi jauh lebih mahal ketimbang apabila itu dikerjakan sejak awal dengan pertimbangan matang dan cermat. Bahkan tidak menutup kemungkinan pula bahwa konsekuensinya akhirnya harus ditanggung sepanjang sisa hidup dan tidak bisa lagi diperbaiki.

Salomo mengatakan bahwa rancangan orang rajinlah yang mendatangkan kelimpahan, bukan orang yang tergesa-gesa. Ada kata rancangan disana yang berarti perencanaan, pertimbangan yang matang dan cermat, lalu ada kata 'rajin' disana. Rajin dalam hal apa ? Dalam banyak hal, seperti rajin berpikir, rajin memperhitungkan dengan baik, rajin menimbang, rajin belajar, rajin bekerja, rajin mendengar nasihat atau masukan dari orang lain dan sebagainya, termasuk tentu saja rajin berdoa.

Firman TUHAN juga berkata : "Karena itu, perhatikanlah dengan saksama, bagaimana kamu hidup, janganlah seperti orang bebal, tetapi seperti orang arif...Sebab itu janganlah kamu bodoh, tetapi usahakanlah supaya kamu mengerti kehendak TUHAN." Efesus 5 : 15, 17

Kita harus arif, penuh hikmat dan tidak bebal atau bodoh dalam memahami kehendak TUHAN atas diri kita, karena itulah yang terbaik. Kita harus ingat bahwa "TUHAN menetapkan langkah-langkah orang yang hidupnya berkenan kepada-NYA." Mazmur 37 : 23

Ini janji TUHAN yang sudah disampaikan pada kita jauh-jauh hari. Kepekaan kita terhadap suara TUHAN akan membuat kita mampu menjaga setiap langkah agar rencana TUHAN tergenapi dalam sekuens demi sekuens hidup kita. Ini tepat seperti yang dilakukan oleh Pemazmur: "Aku memikirkan jalan-jalan hidupku, dan melangkahkan kakiku menuju peringatan-peringatan-Mu." Mazmur 119 : 49

Lebih jauh lagi dalam Amsal dikatakan, "Banyaklah rancangan di hati manusia, tetapi keputusan TUHANlah yang terlaksana." Amsal 19 : 21
Itu artinya penting bagi kita untuk menyelaraskan setiap langkah sesuai rencana TUHAN agar kita tidak membuang-buang waktu secara sia-sia dan terus menerus mengalami kerugian.

Kita harus mau mendengar dulu baik-baik apa sebetulnya rencana TUHAN bagi hidup kita, lalu melakukannya tepat seperti itu dengan pertimbangan yang matang dalam setiap langkah perencanaannya. Dan Salomo pun berkata: "Serahkanlah perbuatanmu kepada TUHAN, maka terlaksanalah segala rencanamu." Amsal 16 : 3

Hindarilah bertindak ceroboh dan tergesa-gesa dalam mengambil keputusan, baik yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan, investasi, keluarga dan sebagainya. Apakah anda seorang pemimpin di pekerjaan, di lingkungan, di organisasi, lembaga atau cuma dalam keluarga, anda perlu kemampuan untuk mengambil keputusan yang tepat.

Keragu-raguan dalam mengambil pertimbangan, bingung dalam menghadapi banyak opsi atau seperti yang menjadi tema kita hari ini, tergesa-gesa atau terburu-buru dalam memutuskan sesuatu hanya akan membawa kerugian, penyesalan dan penderitaan, baik terhadap diri sendiri maupun orang lain.

Sebelum anda mengambil sebuah keputusan, lakukan pertimbangan menyeluruh terlebih dahulu dengan memikirkan berbagai aspek yang terkait termasuk orang-orang baik yang terlibat secara langsung maupun yang tidak langsung. Pikirkan masak-masak, jangan tergesa-gesa. Ambil waktu untuk tenang dan diam, sabar dan berdoalah. Tanyakan pada TUHAN mengenai langkah yang akan anda ambil, dengarkan baik-baik dan pastikan agar jangan ada keinginan-keinginan pribadi yang menghalangi suara TUHAN untuk bisa anda dengar.

Meski anda rajin dan gigih dalam memperjuangkan sesuatu, tanpa pertimbangan matang, sebuah keputusan yang tergesa-gesa bisa membuat anda salah langkah dan akibatnya menderita kerugian yang tidak sedikit. "Tanpa pengetahuan kerajinanpun tidak baik; orang yang tergesa-gesa akan salah langkah." Amsal 19 : 2

Jangan jadi orang yang ceroboh, tetapi jadilah orang bijak, berhikmat yang akan selalu berpikir matang dan berhati-hati dalam melangkah dan patuh menuruti kehendak TUHAN. Kecerobohan akibat tergesa-gesa dalam mengambil keputusan bisa menjadi awal dari datangnya banyak masalah dan bencana.

Perhatikan baik-baik setiap langkah, selaraskan dengan rencana TUHAN dan tetap berpegang pada ketetapan-ketetapanNya. Menunda-nunda pengambilan keputusan memang bukan hal yang baik, tetapi tergesa-gesa pun bisa membawa konsekuensi berat untuk kita pikul. Terutama untuk sebuah keputusan besar, jangan buru-buru.

Ambillah waktu untuk mempertimbangkan dan menyerahkan kepada TUHAN sebelum anda ambil. Tergesa-gesa mengambil keputusan tanpa pertimbangan yang baik bisa membawa kerugian besar.
