Guarantee of our eternal salvation (which is still alive) is our repentance from sin and receive forgiveness we are given by God through YESHUA HA MASHIACH sacrifice on the cross. No one can atone for the sins of others especially for one who has died. Bible reject the "incarnation" and "purgatory." Doctor Martin Luther opposed the doctrine of purgatory according to her it was none other than raising money through the sale of indulgences to Catholics who have died (the sale of indulgences).
